Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have a fully disabled child, she is 6 years old. We have tried for the past 6 years to give her the care that she needs, but unfortunately due to financial restraints. We need to find another option for her that would be in her best interest. We as parents know we are not fully capable of providing for her. We need to know what options are available ie: foster care or adoption. If someone could give us some legal advise or options available to us, it would be greatly appreciated.
