Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Can me and my future bride obtain a marriage lisence in the court house if I have an active warrent for my arrest. Im saving money to pay the fine, but we need to get married for health insurence, she is ill. we would obtain the lisence in a different county then the warrent was issued. so im asking does the courts do c background check when applying for a marriage lisence??
Thank you so much for your help

I don't think having an active criminal warrant has anything to do with obtaining a marriage license, particularly if you are not an illegal alien or something like that. Go ahead and apply for the marriage license. Best of luck to you both!
