we have gardenship of grandchild for 12 years how about how much to adopt her? mother will sign, have not heard from father in over 11 years

I generally do adoptions for a prepaid rate of $3000.00, if we do not use all of the funds, they are refunded. It is billed at the rate of 300/hour.
