Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex girfriend refuses to let me see my daughter, she goes back and forth between letting me then says no, i live in arizona she lives in oregon. I am wondering if since i live so far will i be able to get any type of custody of her? I have printed out all the forms i need to file to go to court but could use any advice there is. Im still waiting to get paid from work so i can file them as it costs 300$ but is there anything special ill need to do since im in a different state?

ps shes only 2 years old but turns 3 in june and I was really hoping to see her on her birthday cause ill be down there for a month and was planning on spending the entire time with her but now my ex said she will get a restraining order if i even try to contact her... everything was fine untill i started dating again then she started acting this way.

Has the child or Mother ever lived in Arizona? If not, you likely need to proceed in Oregon, and I am unable to assist.

Please email me direclty and let me know, and I can then respond how else I may be able to help.
