Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My girlfriend and I had a bad break up and she swore she would never let me see my children again. I heard thru mutual friends that she got a order of protection against me so keep me away from my kids. I have never hit or abused her. We've argued like any couple...no domestic violence or family abuse. How can I find out if she really did this.I haven't seen my children since a week before thanksgiving in '09. I need help big time. Me not being able to see my children is killing me. Is what she's doing legal? Please help...thank you greatly.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
