If you are the biological father of a child that the mother wants to give up for adoption, you do have rights, and there is a strict deadline for you to assert them. The process is too detailed to describe here, but I encourage you to contact our office (480.792.9770) and schedule a free initial consultation with Attorney Kristy Blackwell as soon as possible. You can also reach her directly at [email protected].

Of course you do. You can prevent the adoption and seek sole legal and primary physical custody. You must act promptly, though.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
