Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My girlfriend and I own a house together, recently we haved made the decision to go our seperate ways. If she moves out she will still be liable for half of the mortgage correct? Other than selling the house (which would be a loss at current market value), what is the best way to handle the situation. I cannot afford the home by myself, is there a way to make sure she pays a reasonable portion of the mortgage? What typically happens in situations like this?

Thanks,

Regardless of whether you are married or not, both your names are on the mortgage/title, it sounds like. So you each will be equally liable for the debt. If she refuses to pay half--either to you or directly to the lender--then you would have a legitimate reason to take her to court to enforce her obligation.
