my name is gloria,my husband and i before we got married live-in together for 17 years and we got married last year of 2009,if we get a divorce can i get some kind of a allimony from him,since i been with him he never let me work,and many years he have asmall business till retired 3 years ago i worked for him for nothing because we were live-in partner i need your help thank you...gloria

Technically, the Court is only supposed to look at the duration of the actual marriage (amongst other factors). However, there is of course a chance that the Court being made aware of these facts may allow them to influence some aspect of the decision.

Also, Arizona does recognize "quasi community property rights" in some situations like you've described.
