Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
We are gonna get separated n he insists in taking our 7 mo old baby for a week every other week to his moms(4 hrs away) with no custody agreement, I told him everyother weekend fri. Sat sun. Back mon but he said no cus he is dad n he will take her 1 week. What to or should do. Can he do that?

If you believe that schedule to be contrary to the child's best interests, then you should immediately file for appropriate Court orders, either for dissoution (if married) or paternity (if unmarried).
