harassment from ex

my ex and his fiancee harass me verbally, written in letters and now through our children. i have a disabling medical condition which is becoming worse due to all the stress i am being put under due to them. they now have my 8 year old son so confused that he verbally bashes me and hits me. he was never like this until he started spending more time with them last year. the fiancee is constantly put the kids in the middle of everything like asking them to go with her and when i say no she tells them i told you she would say no and tells them she was going to take them somewhere fun but since i said no she was going to go without them and they become irate with me. she has also told them not to hug or kiss me and to cause trouble so that i will send them to live over there. not only has this turned my kids against me they are no longer the sweet loving kids they used to be. i don't know what else to do or what recourse i have against their actions. i'm tired of being insulted by my children. i have to other children that never had any problems so i know these issues are coming from the other side. i'm also scared that the 8 year old will start hitting and abusing me more than he already does. we need help now please thanks
