Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I heard that it is unconstitutional to assign a parent minimum wage as a default basis for child support when there is proof that the paying parent has not made minimum wages. This i heard was an arizona case. is this true and what is the name of the case?

I'm sure it could be true. It is just a fallback position to assume at least minimum wage. Proof that a parent is making less than minimum wage of course would have to be considered by the court.
