Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
hello...my story; me and my wife have been separated for almost 2 years, living in separate homes, the separation is her choice, she had an affair but i was still hoping to get passed it. we have an 8 yr old son and a new baby in 2 months. we have lived in the same town for 7 years and my son has gone to school here and i would like to keep it that way. i have alot of family in town to help with childcare. i work 2 jobs and am going to school. my question is, if my wife decides to move to a different town can she enroll him into a new school district, that would make my life very difficult.

It sounds like you have strong reasons to keep the children in the current situation.. It would be to your advantage to file now, BEFORE she attempts to relocate.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for divorce or legal separation. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
