Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
i have a home and i when i got married l let my new husband know that the house we buy will always go to the kids because there brother was inthe military and he die in the line of duty. so if any think happen it will go to my kid. he said ok. well now he wants to sell it so he could take the money and the boys and i get nothing. yes his name is on the contract with my name and the boys names . what should i do , connie

If a divorce has been filed, and the house was purchased during the marriage, I am not sure there is much that can be done to enforce this discussion. Will he admit it?
