I hve been divorced for 3.5 yrs. My ex is still living in the house which was to have been sold according to the divorce decree. I just want to get my name off of it. So there are no more ties. I'm not asking for anything just my name off the mortgage and title. What can I do.

If there is something in your decree that requires him to remove your name from the financing then you can move to enforce the terms of the decree or file a contempt action.
