Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex husband who is an active Military has express his racism and criticize towards my nationality people and discriminate religions of my parents and myself. Can i take him to court for child custody protection as being racists and discriminate could harm my one year old child? What type of law will this be?

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects freedom of speech, including speech that others may find offensive. Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do to obtain redress for the harm you perceive you have suffered. The only way would be if something was stated that was false or negatively affected your reputation in the community, business, or whatever.
