Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex- husband and children are members of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. I receive my child support payments from his per capita payment he receives. My question is this: His first ex-wife also receives payments from this and now all of her children are 18 or older and have graduated from high school. What are my rights, can I petition the tribal court to stop making payments to her so that I can receive my full payments and also my back pay?

Yes. She is falsifying information or at least omitting material information if she is accepting payments she is not owed because she no longer has dependent children. Please report it as soon as possible. And any amount you were owed that wasn't paid to you because she was receiving improper payments needs to be paid to you now as well as full payments going forward, if the per cap covers that.
