Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband is a Cosmetic Surgeon in Arizona. He has a private practice and an LLC. Does the money in/from this LLC have to be declared and included into my spousal maintaince/settlement or does this LLC sheild protect him? My name is not on the LLC. Thank You

To the extent he earns income, from any source, such should be included in all discussions or spousal maintenance and asset division. That income certainly would be considered when assessing your entitlement to spousal maintenance.
