Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
If my husband and I are getting a divorce and we make a verbal agreement on custody, and he goes back on it the next day and now that I filed for custody where he gets reasonable visitation that is more than we agreed on and now he will not let me see (2 weeks) or talk to my son what can I do now to see my son?

If you have not retained an attorney, you probably should call us to make arrangements to discuss your matter with us. Many people think that they have agreements and don't need an attorney. It doesn't take much to find out all the things that you are not agreeing on. Please give us a call at 602 462 1004 and make arrangements to talk to us if you are having difficulty resolving your marriage without an attorney.
Please see us soon. You do not want to allow his imposed schedule to set a precedent. We either need to lean on him ASAP, or get your Judge involved.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
