my husband and I are going through a divorce. My question is we got married in 2 states on 2 different dates and filed license for both .but filed a divorce for 1 state and 1 date do we have to file for the other state and other date

You don't need to divorce in both states - one divorce will be considered binding in all states.
You only need to file in your home state. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your divorce options.
