Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

What is my husband entitled to?

I am inheriting a home. My question is, if me and my husband ever divorce is he entitled to it or even half.. and if so what can i do so he will not be entitled to anything. The property is not in his name, its only in my name. And he says that he would never try to take it from me but you never know how he will be if we do divorce.

Inherited property is sole and separate, so long as you keep it separate. If you add his name to the title, that could be considered a gift to the community, but if you keep it separate, it should be free from any claim he might make.
