Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband and I have yet to file our divorce paper and now he wants to file bankruptcy in the state of AZ. What are my legal rights or how can I protect myself? I am a stay at home mom.

Each of you has the right to file for bakruptcy and unfortunately, if there is a BK pending the family court cannot divide property or debts until it's over.
