Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband filed for a divorce about a month ago and we just had a temporary custody hearing for our 2 1/2 yrs old son. We are having 50/50 physical custody. My husband just moved in to a new house, and just found out that he has a roommate he share the house with. I do not know this person at all and I want to make sure our son is safe around his roommate. I have been asking him to provide, but he is refusing unless there are court order to do so. I heard I can file a motion to request him to provide his roommate's background check. What type of paper work do I need to fill out under the Arizona law to request? Thank you.

Perhaps just a demand letter from an attorney would be sufficient. If not, a Motion filed with the Court.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
