can he get away with this?
my husband is trying to force me to sign divorce papers tomorrow by threatening to turn off our electric and phone as well as tell the financial institute where our vehicle is(he wasn't making payments as he promised). His family has money for attorneys, I don't. I don't know what to do. He abandoned us and now this. (No kids together) please help

I would advise against signing anything without first talking with an attorney.
