Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My husband gave his rights up so that his mother could care for his daughter while he was incarcerated. He has been out of the system for 3 years now. Can his mother let his daughter live with him temporarily legally?

Unless there is a Court order saying NO, then it should not be a problem. BUT, I WOULD WANT TO KNOW MORE about whether OTHERS might complain (i.e. the child's Mother, other grandparent's, etc.). You would not want to do anything that would jeopardize the current orders.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for modifying or at least protecting the current orders.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
