Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband and I had a huge fight and when he was leaving he took our daughter forcefully. He did bring her back 6 hours later...(which I didn't know he was), but if it were to happen again... can I call the police on him? Like attempted kidnap???

I am not sure that event would be something the police would get involved with. BUT, that question is probably better asked of your local precinct.

MY FIRM handles nothing but family law matters. SO, if your fights lead to a need for legal proceedings, we would then be able to assist. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for separation or divorce.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
