my husband and i have been married for six months i had a house in my name before we got married we are already divorcing he thinks he can keep the house or at least has rights to half of it?

If you did not transfer the house into joint names during the marriage, then generally speaking he has no claim to the house or a share of the equity; however, if community funds (e.g. income during the marriage) was used to make mortgage payments, he may be entitled to receive reimbursement for a portion of those funds. I recommend you speak with an attorney to discuss this matter in greater detail.
