Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband and I have been married for 3 years. About 2 1/2 years ago he moved to Wisconsin but our son and I stayed here in Arizona. My question is that since I have been the sole provided for our son for these last few years and his dad only sees him about twice a year if I could get child support from him even if we are legally married.

Thanks

Laura

Arizona DOES have a statute which would allow you to pursue child support even though you are still married. Or, you could of course also consider a legal separation or divorce.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
