Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband and I have been married for 6years and we have 2 children together but about a year ago we just cannot work out our marriage. When we got married he got his Permanent Residence card, me being a US Citizen, If we get a Divorce will he still get to keep his Residential status or will it get taken away? He has the kids a majority of the time. Were scared to get a divorce because I want him to keep his card because of our kids HELP?

I am sorry to say that I cannot answer that question. Please resubmit it to "immgration attorneys."

If you want assistance with the divorce itself, however, we can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
