my husband is millitary, weve been married 21 years and are divorcing,,, by law what am i entitled to? as for spousal support and child support for one child?

You are entitled to one-half of the community assets which were acquired during the marriage. So, his military pension will certainly be at issue. You may be entitled to spousal maintenance and child support, but I would need to know more about your respective financial situations.
