Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My husband just moved from Phoenix Arizona and has a nine yr. old daughter still there, his ex-wife keeps saying that she does not want to talk to him, he has called, left messages and even done the ol' texting. My husband says his ex is probably the one of course not letting or putting stuff in her ear. What are his rights? He has visitation, he was supposed to get her for the summer and is supposed to get her for Christmas...

Your husband has every right to access his kids. He can file a petition for enforcement of parenting time. If you desire to an expedited filing, one of the commissioners would handle it. The time frame is much shorter than through the assigned judge.
He has the right to enforce his parenting time and contact orders, or to modify them in such a manner as serves the child's best interests. We can certainly help.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
