Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband is still paying child suport for his boys from previous marriage. The boys are now over age 18. How can he get child support dropped or find out how much longer he has to pay for arearage?

We live in Oklahoma and they live in Arizona. The child support center will not return our calls so we are asking for any help possible. We can't afford an attorney retainer is there free legal aid for this type of work?

If you called me today, we could have something filed by tomorrow or Wednesday. You need a "Petition to Stop Order of Assignment".

So long as we act quickly, any overpayments would be owed back to him.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation (by phone).
