Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My ex husband is refusing to pay his part of medical costs as per our divorce agreement. In the divorce paperwork it states that HE pay 78% of all uncovered costs and I pamy 22%. Some of what he owes me goes back almost a year. How can I force him to uphold his end of the agreement?

Yes, you absolutely have options. You can file a Petition to Enforce the Order requesting compliance, sanctions, contempt and possibly attorneys fees.
