Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Husband will not leave house in my name.

I have asked my husband to move out on several occasions. Given him deadlines for the last 4 months. He has still yet to move out of the house that I owned and lived in with my kids (he is not the father) before we ever got married. What can I do to get him to leave while I prepare the divorce papers?

Re: Husband will not leave house in my name.

It might be necessary for you to file a request for Temporary Orders for exclusive use and possession of the house. You can file this at the same time that you file the divorce Petition.
