Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My husband has been gone for a year now. He walked out on my daughter and myself. I put him through school and used my 401 at the time fir a home down payment amougest other things including fertility. What do i need to ask here i have no idea and i must admit im stuipd in this area and dont know what Im intitled to in regaurds to child support alimony his 401 and pension.
