Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband of 17 years has abandoned me Phoenix AZ. We live in Montana. He has shut down our joint checking. I'm on the streets and have no money or anywhere to go. What are my rights, how do i get home? Help

Please contact a shelter and/or family members to help you get somewhere safe. From the brief facts I do have it doesnt sound as if Arizona has any jurisdiction to decide divorce or other matters. Family Lawyers Assistance Program may be able to steer you to the resources you need.
