my husband has been gone for over 8 years he was deported back to mexico by immigration April/May 2002 how do i get a divorce.
I do not know where he is or have any way to contact him i now live in state of ny we were married in az

You can get a divorce in New York on the ground of abandonment. However, it will be a bit more complicated because you will need a publication divorce in order to provide him with notice.
