Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
my husband's ex wife will not answer calls, has moved and will not supply the address and has threatened his family members that if he is called while the children are visiting she will no longer bring them to visit. He pays child support through the courts and has not seen his children now in about 3 months, he has not spoken to them for about 2 what can he do to see his children and make sure this doesn't happen again.
1 Answer from Attorneys
He could and SHOULD take immediate steps to enforce his court ordered parenting time. The longer he waits to do so, the more she can argue that he has consented to not seeing them.
