my husband's ex wife will not answer calls, has moved and will not supply the address and has threatened his family members that if he is called while the children are visiting she will no longer bring them to visit. He could and SHOULD take immediate steps to enforce his court ordered parenting time. The longer he waits to do so, the more she can argue that he has consented to not seeing them.

We can help, whether through simple pohone calls or demand letters, or Court action.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
