Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

No idea where my daughter is....

My baby's mother got married and moved out of the state of AZ. We have a child support case open in AZ. I have had absoulutely NO communication with her since October 28th. I have no idea where she is or if she is OK.

I have no visitation via the court. She left AZ without notice. What can I do?

I would absolutely search for her a.s.a.p. and file a custody action immediately. SHe may be ordered to return. If you wait, jurisdiction will change to the state where she is living. Let me know if I can assist you with this.
