Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
With this information, can you give me a rough estimate of what I could expect in terms of alimony and child support if I should divorce my husband due to his infidelity. Married 14 years, one 13 year old child who would live with me and see her father on weekends. I was a stay-at-home mom for most of my daughter's life and have only worked 2-years, part-time, since her birth. I make about $650 a month, but my job runs only 8 months out of the year. My husband makes $85,000.00 a year. We have no savings and are upside down on our house so there is no money there. My daughter's expenses monthly are just for food and clothing and we pay $125.00 a month for her to take piano. I think my husband pays $130.00 for her health insurance each month. If I divorced him, I would have no health insurance. Roughly, what would I receive for child support and would I qualify for alimony as well?

You would certainly qualify for spousal and child support under the situation as you have described. However, this is not the kind of "estimate" I am comfortable giving via email.
If you like, for one hours worth of work, I could send you a questionnaire and then prepare a "memo" regarding child support and spousal.
