Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Best interest of the child

Currently my son is with me in AZ because his mother asked me to take him for the year and enroll him into kindergarten. This is the second time that she has asked me to take him for a year. I have tried to ask her if he can stay in Az with me and continue his schooling here but she will not do that she wants to to have him back to her at the end of his kindergarten year. The thing is I want more stability for my son and I do not feel that taking him out of a school he attended for a year just to enroll him in a different school in a different state is not in his best interest. What are my chances of a judge allowing my son to live with me in Az to attend school and his mother would have visitation rights such as school holidays and summer? Also the living situation is better in Az then it is in Utah. My son would have his own room in my house where as his mother just bought a 2 bedroom condo a few months back but his mother has two other girls with her new boyfriend so there would be five people in a two bedroom condo. Are my chances at getting my son to be able to live with me good? Once again I just want what is best for my son.
