I am interested in getting a legal separation from my husband. We have kids and it's very amabical. Was wondering if there are any forms that I could get on line for free.

You can obtain forms from www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov, self-service center, forms, family law forms. This is the website for the Maricopa County Superior Court (where your documents would presumably be filed). There are forms and instructions for each step of the process.

Google the self-service center at Maricopa County Superior Court. It is quite advanced.

Please also know that we can assist you with an "uncontested separation" for a flat fee of $1200 plus costs. We can insure everything happens correctly and quickly..

We also can structure assistance to help you represent yourself if your prefer.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
