Internet and Privacy Issue

My question revolves around privacy issues regarding my four year old son and the internet. My x and I have joint custody. My son and I live in Georgia and he lives in Arizonia. My x and his new wife created a website. On this website of their family they included a picture of my son, his birthdate, his likes/dislikes etc. I have reqested that they remove him from the website but they refuse. My concern revolves around that fact that their website distributes personal information about my son and information which would allow anyone to determine where he lives. I am concerned that someone may use this information to possibly kidnap my son either when he is with me or them. Is there any law that can help protect my son in this instance? Is there anything I can do to protect him?

In this day of online crazies, I think a judge might hold him in contempt, in light of your joint custody.

I think you may be overly concerned. If you have true joint custody and believe this to be a real safety issue then you can file a contempt because you believe that this places your son's safety in jeopardy. But, honestly, I don't think that the Judge would hold her in contempt.
