when involved in child custody case is it illegal when one parent isfollowing other parent and taking pictures?

There may be several crimes being committed: stalking, harassment, etc. At a minimum, it MAY be a violation of the preliminary injunction (if this is a dissolution matter). But, thre are also circumstances where this conduct may be offensive, but not illegal.
