Now i have served a modification paper saying that my daughter is having hard time to travel on my schedule to pick-up because of the non curricular activities in school such as ball games, dancing and etc. i dont wanna loss my week end with her. You need to file a response and state your position that it would be contrary to your daughter's best interests to modify your parenting time. Then you have your chance to present evidence before your Judge. IS SHE STRUGGLING?

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options in resisting this request.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
