Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Me and my ex have joint legal custody. his father haas primary. resently my sons dad has been calling making threats on my life. if i dont do what he says. i have my son now and i was wondering would it look bad if i refused to give my son to his father due todanger risk? and will i be arrested?
