Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have joint legal and physical custody of my two children with my ex wife and have since they were 1 and 3. They are now 7 and 9. I have been given a business from wifes mother in a different state and would like to move. Both of my children have been to where my wifes mother lives and love it there. We have a lot of family there. I am wondering who will the kids live with during the school year and if the other parent will be able to get them for the summer and all school breaks such as fall, winter and spring. My ex will never agree to splitting the kids this way so I know it will go to court. I have scheduled a mediation appointment with her and have an appointment coming up in around a month.
