It sounds as though your parenting time is substantially equal. Child support will depend on each of your incomes, cost of medical insurance, cost of child care, and any other recurring, extraordinary child-related expenses (e.g. for a gifted or handicapped child). The calculation is done pursuant to the formula contained in the Arizona Child Support Guidelines. I recommend you speak with an attorney who can perform these calculations for you and let you know what to expect.
Because you have equal parenting time, support would only stop IF both of your incomes were substantially equal and if each of you were paying equal amounts trowards any daycare and health inurance expenses.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your child support options.
