You can petition the court for a change in custody and parenting time. You will need to demonstrate to the court why a change in custody is in the best interests of the child, and what efforts you have made to remedy the situation that rendered you to have only supervised visitation. You should talk to the agency that supervises your visits and see if they will issue a favorable report to the court regarding your parenting time, because if they won't it will be much harder to demonstrate to the court how you will perform as a parent without the supervision.
