Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I want to see my kids
My ex and I have been divorced for more then 3 yrs. When we were in the beginning of the divorce I was told by him that he did not want any of the kids, half way through he told me if I did not give him custody of 2 of the 4 wa had together he would make sure that they all went to a foster home and I would never see them again. I did give him the 2 of the 4, since then it has been 3 1/2 yrs. and I have not seen them at all and I only spoke to them once since he took them to AZ. I was told that he does not have to let me see them by the Az. police because he has custody of them. Our court papers are from HI. Why are they Honoring his court order but not mine, Hi also so said that since I don't know where they are I cannot do anything. I need some help. My kids need me as much as their brothers, sister and I do!! I want to see them before they belive every lie he has said about me. Is this not a form of abuse and also illegal on his part to me??

If you have Court orders that allow access, we can domesticate those Orders in Arizona, and enforce them in Arizona.
If you do not yet have Court Orders allowing access, we can take steps to modify your prior Orders to allow specified access.
I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.

You will have to see an Arizona attorney about this matter as the children in question reside in Arizona and that is now their home state under the law.
