Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If my in laws have babysat our children ever since I started working years ago, does the time they have the kids count as my husbands custody? I thought it is seen as time at a babysitters. But my soon to be exhusband thinks he counts it as his time so he thinks he has them 49% and I have them 51% when he only personally has them 1 night and a few hours on Saturdays. The child support is a significant difference if he has them half the time vs. 1 1/2 days.

Arizona's Child Support Guidelines clearly state that: "For purposes of calculating parenting time days, only the time spent by a child with the noncustodial parent is considered. Time that the child is in school or childcare is not considered". This would certainly apply to your case.
